It has been forever and a day since I last said something on here… and for that, I apologize. I just felt like sharing some of my thoughts on a few things.
First, let me start off by saying I was pleasantly surprised with E3 this year, but equally disappointed. Microsoft had a very strong showing, with Kinect, the slimmed down 360, and… well that’s just it… I was excited with the hardware aspects of Microsofts presentation… but at the same time felt very unsatisfied. There was just something that didn’t really get me all excited… Nintendo on the otherhand, I have to say, was very impressive. I had pretty much given up on Nintendo, but that has all changed. Nintendo gave me something, truly Nintendo. After watching the presentaion, I was excited beyond belief. Several new titles I’m looking forward to. Oh yeah, and the 3DS. Going to be amazing. Sony… was like this movie release poster… it pretty much shows you what you already know… There was NOTHING, let me emphasize, NOTHING that Sony showed that made me the least bit excited. I was shocked to see that Gran Turismo 5 finally got a release date, but other than that… nothing thrilled me from that camp. And Ubisoft? That was just plain p-a-t-h-e-t-i-c. I could not believe how horrid it was. Overall, I was more excited about this year’s E3, than I was for last year’s.
Now on to another note… I WANT TO GO TO AX SO BADLY! Reason being… May’n? Nakajima Megumi? Horie Yui? Kitamura Eri? Could you have a better guest list? Plus there’s the sneaking suspicion that either Kanno Yoko or Sakamoto Maaya will be there with May’n and Megumi for their concert… maybe that’s just me. But yea, I hate that I didn’t find out that it was going to be THAT awesome until a month before, leaving no time for me to save near enough money to go. But, life goes on, and you always miss opportunities. -sigh- xD My anime viewing has dwindled quite significantly… I’m sooo far behind on series’ (And those reviews I was going to do… ugh!) So I have to play catch up sometime soon. Have been mainly watching though FMA, K-ON!!, Kaichou wa Maid-sama!, and Shugo Chara Doki! I finish Shugo Chara last week, and I must say I’m pleasently surprised by it. (I even started buying the manga D;) I first looked into the series I thought it was like really kidish… but it’s really not, and extremely good. Other than that, not been watching much. Been playing entirely way too much Final Fantasy XI though. Dx
So for now everyone, I must say oyasumi nesai!

Halo Reach game editions revealed
Hello gaming lovers, we are a few days away to try and taste the long awaited Halo Reach Multiplayer Beta (may 3rd) and Microsoft made public the details of the 3 versions available for the Halo Reach Game, which to be honest have me drooling for it! we will have a Standard, Limited and Legendary editions with a nice amount of collectibles for the limited and legendary bundles which im sure will make many fans happy when the game comes out.
Standard Edition:
basically you get a dvd, manual, case.. if you are not interested in the bonus content and just want play the game this is the version you want go for (not the edition i will go for, MUHA)
Limited Edition:
This version comes with some nice bundled bonus items for collectors out there, such as
* Game disc housed in recovered ONI ”black box”
* An exclusive in-game Elite armor set for use in multiplayer modes
* Artifact bag containing Dr. Halsey’s personal journal and other classified documents and effects that unravel long held secrets from the Halo Universe

Halo Reach Limited Edition
Legendary Edition:
My personal choice and the most expensive version which include everything from the Limited Edition plus an awesome and highly detailed diorama statue of the team from Halo Reach, something collectors will value a lot, specially because is limited to 1000 pieces.
* Noble Team statue expertly crafted by the artisans at McFarlane Toys. Individually molded, hand-painted and individually numbered, this statuette is a must have for any serious Halo fan
* UNSC-themed custom packaging
* An exclusive multiplayer Spartan armor effect

The estimate prices for each are $59.99 for the Standard Edition, $79.99 for the Limited Edition and $149.99 for the Legendary Edition of the game, now all you have to do is pick your poison and have fun with it!
personaly i think they did a great job with these editions, much more than the Halo 3 editions making many fans angry thinking Legendary Edition would contain everything from the Limited Edition (which did not) i am thrilled to get my copy.. to hold the statue in my hands (and maybe sleep with it next to me in the next days after that) thanks for reading and keep dreaming!

P.S. leaving you with this awesome ViDoc from bungie, enjoy!

Xbox 360 April’s Update and Datel dispute
Hello gaming lovers, as most of you know microsoft released a mandatory update today, this allow us to use usb flash drives to store media such as game saves, arcade games and more for a total of 16gb, if not what many hoped it is a great addition and a good feature for our consoles but i believe this is contradictory to Microsoft and their recent update to ensure 3rd party memory units will not be used in the Xbox 360.

It is a good move against pirated memory cards (which i encourage) but not 3rd party memory cards like Datel, and the most recent dispute versus Datel generic control pads make me think it is all related to some degree, cant be dennied.. the similarity of the “TurboFire” and “WildFire” models to the original Xbox 360 control pads is extreme, and from there Microsoft’s lawsuit but my big concern and complain is the bad use of the turbo fire feature in these Datel control pads which is awful.
for old consoles without online capabilites having a little boost in your games was fun and sometimes helpful to beat a level or 2 but in today’s gaming with a big amount of players going into multiplayer how are these control pads with turbo fair at all?
sadly this has been ignored by the developers from game companies (sales over fair play? yeah i think so), and i have to side with Microsoft on this as i dont find fair at all as a legit player you spend time to learn and practice in a game to be good at it to face someone with a turbo fire button killing you in seconds while you wonder “ok.. he killed me with 2 BR shots how is that possible?!” it is when you are but a cheater…
example of Datel’s turbofire in action
Hate to give this lame player hits but i dont cheat on multiplayer so i cant make a video to demonstrate myself, on the bright side CHEERS to Microsoft for giving us (even if it’s not what we hoped for) the chance to carry our files in USB flash drives, for that i salute you! until next time and keep dreaming!
