Lupin the 3rd returns to Japanese TV

Posted by: Cybermario @ 6:17 pm Share in Facebook

Lupin the 3rd is making a comeback with a new TV special titled “Chi no Kokuin ~ Eien no Mermaid” and is going to be aired on december 2nd, even though it’s a TV special and not a TV series it’s good to see more of the classics making a comeback!

With designs by Takeshi Koike (REDLINE) and with new voices for some of the characters, including Zenigata (Koichi Yamadera), Goemon (Daisuke Namikawa), and Fujiko (Miyuki Sawashiro). Lupin and Jigen will have the usual voice actors so that is a relief.
Having mixed feelings with the new voices but i will not judge until i watch the TV special myself. The series celebrates it’s 40th anniversary this year and what better way to celebrate than a TV special, HAPPY 40TH anniversary Lupin the 3rd!

Gundam Unicorn coming to Playstation 3

Posted by: Cybermario @ 7:48 pm Share in Facebook

published by Namco Bandai and developed by From Software, a new Gundam title is coming to the Playstation 3, Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn. Famitsu magazine reveals the game will be based in the first 3 episodes of the show (4 has been aired in japan). The developer team worked on previous Gundam titles, the popular Demon Souls and the sequel Dark Souls, so quality is guaranteed.

Gundam Unicorn

Making use of an updated control system from the Another Century’s Episode games and featuring a new “sub flight” system to transform the mobile suit into flight mode, Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn is slated for release in spring 2012. Personally, cannot wait to see more of this game, and waiting for an US release, we can only hope!

Gintama x EXILIM camera

These digital cameras record video and take still images, so what makes these so special you ask? You can take pictures with your favorite characters from the anime. These cameras are highly popular in Japan and this is one of many released in the market, previously a Naruto and Lucky Star model was released. (Someone get me the Lucky Star please!).

So if you happen to live in Japan or plan to visit the country and have extra 29.800 yen, you can be one of the lucky otaku to own one.

Here we add images of the Naruto and Lucky star digital cameras. Enjoy!
