Final Fantasy 11: Fantastic Fraulein Mumor!

Posted by: Cybermario @ 10:21 pm Share in Facebook

It is that time of the year and the Sunbreeze Festival returns to Vana’diel, if you are an avid Final Fantasy 11 player you know what this means! If not, let me introduce you to one of my favorite festivities in the game.

What would the Summer Breeze be without Fantastic Fraulein Mumor and her partner Uka performing for us in the adventurers of Vana’diel? Once again their performance is in danger and they will need to defeat the evildoers and prevail as the heroines we all love.

Fireworks, dancing stages and a lot of activities like in past years are to be expected including lots of mini games. All this is starting on August 2nd through to August 14th

This year new Yukata designs are available for our delight! If you missed the festival in previous years, a merchant will be selling Yukatas and costumes from previous events, it’s the perfect chance to complete your collection.

So if you are a Final Fantasy XI player or want to start playing, this is a good and fun time to do it. Be sure you don’t miss the Summer Breeze Festival and Fantastic Fraulein Mumor!

KUPO~!

Scars of Abyssea Website Unveiled! (Also Sleih’s [Church] thoughts.

Posted by: Digma 2 @ 11:37 am Share in Facebook

**Disclaimer~!** The first part of this post is not of my own, it is just a repaste from the official site. After the post, I will include my thoughts. **Disclaimer end-o~!**

With the release of Scars of Abyssea—the second in the Abyssea series of battle area add-ons—drawing ever closer, the official Abyssea homepage has been updated with a sneak preview of what awaits players in this latest installment.

The site will be updated regularly as the release date nears. With a promotional video and other exciting information on the way, you’ll want to keep checking back for all the latest news!

Visit the Scars of Abyssea website today!

*The Scars of Abyssea content will become playable upon the release of the next FINAL FANTASY XI version update, currently scheduled for early September.

Now for my portion. I’ll start by saying I’m excited for the new add-on. Visions of Abyssea’s been quite a bit of fun, and the music has been absolutely fantastic. But I will say, after looking at the screens that are posted on the site… I’m a tad sad about something…

WHY?! Why dear lord… why SE?! WHY?! I hatehateHATE~(!) gears and chariots… Why put them in Abyssea? Do you hate me so?! I’ll be stuck on DRK for the rest of my life… stun… stun… stun… stun… @0@ Not that I hate DRK… but I like to be able to play other jobs as well… but enough of my moaning. I’m really looking forward to the next version update, I think it’s going to be loads of fun once again. Level cap going more than likely to 90 means subjob leveling, and just overall leveling again. Most people hate it, but I actually enjoy leveling. I wonder how irrelevant my equipment will become once again though. lol

With that I’ll wrap up. Thanks for reading, and ja ne~!
