We all know how much time and money it costs to localize a game outside of Japan. Sometime the risk is too big for small companies to even consider a release. Just look at games Ciel No Surge and Senran Kagura.
This time, a small publisher from Europe called Ghostlight is trying to change the rules by letting people pre-order Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2 before they secure a release . If they managed to get to 1800 orders, the game will be printed and sent to all buyers, otherwise Ghostlight will issue a refund.
There are 2 bundles to pre-order:
Devil Survivor 2 (DS)
This special edition will be factory sealed and include an exclusive folded poster. Anyone pre-ordering the game will also have the option to include their name in the manual, and as a bonus all pre-ordered units will feature a special gold coloured Devil Survivor logo on the inlay.
